Always a top notch experience whenever I come here from beginning to end. The front desk people are nice and welcoming. They always answer any questions you have with thoughtful consideration. Today, May 23, 2026, I went in for a new treatment I had never tried before, and I was a bit nervous. Leslie was so polite and informative. Her directions were so clear, and she gave me the utmost respect. I came in tense and left completely at ease. I even booked a package for future sessions. They are quiet sales people here, and I truly appreciate it. Their services are impeccable. And as a Black woman living in this country, it means the world to me to know there is a place that I feel safe and can trust to do things right by me. I HIGHLY recommend SEV Laser on Mckinney. I’ve been coming to SEV Laser for a little over six months now, and I absolutely love it. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and make you feel completely comfortable. If you’re looking for effective laser hair removal with little to no pain, I highly recommend this location. I’ve been on my hair removal journey for almost a year, and since coming to SEV, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my results. Definitely worth it!

Love SEV the best I’ve been getting laser hair removal there for the last two years. I have experienced excellent results. The laser providers are top notch no burns! and very efficient. Selene did my treatment today and it was clean professional and educational. Also the front desk is awesome, shout out to Priscilla for excellent customer service. They are very strict with their policies so be prepared before you book.

I feel like Ana really takes care of me! She is friendly and professional. I am definitely seeing an improvement in my skin, and others have also commented on how much my texture has improved. I'll keep coming back for laser facials! I get laser hair removal as well, and I'm noticing a lot less hair growth. The package deal is worth the money. I'm so glad this place was recommend to me.

Leslie did an amazing job during my first laser treatment. She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time and explained everything so clearly.
