I’ve received laser from another location but had my first session with SEV and I don’t think I can go anywhere else here on out. The ladies (Rita and Brenda) at the front desk were absolute gems! They enlightened me on some of the services I was curious about and offered honesty with things they felt I didn’t need. So warm and welcoming and a completely different vibe from the other laser place. Tanya my nurse performing the laser, was stellar as well! She was clear and concise about the whole process, ensuring the procedure was swift, safe and pain free for me. Her trainee in attendance shadowing her was also very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you SEV!

From the moment I walked into SEV Laser, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Brenda at the front desk was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely patient with every question I had. She made the entire check-in process seamless and helped put me at ease before my appointment.

The rest of the front desk team was equally warm and attentive, creating an environment that felt organized, comfortable, and inviting. It’s clear they care about the client experience from start to finish.

Between the excellent customer service, clean facility, and knowledgeable staff, I can see why this location has such a great reputation. Highly recommend SEV Laser, and a special thank you to Brenda and the front desk team for making every visit a great experience.

Ashby is the sweetest and so knowledgeable! She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome.

WOW!!!! I absolutely loved SEV! Walking in, Brenda greeted me so professionally and kindly! Absolutely loved her professionalism and kindness! I had such a great experience getting a laser facial with Lauren RN! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my skin concerns were addressed. The treatment itself was smooth and relaxing, and my skin already looks brighter and feels refreshed.

Highly recommend Lauren if you’re considering a laser facial!

Great place with great service. Has helped me be hairless especially on my face. I have done laser and injections. Both great. I love Kelly and Raffi. Brenda at the front desk is the sweetest and always so attentive.

I love this location, best laser spot I’ve been to so far. The atmosphere is pleasant and the workers are so sweet. Brenda at the front desk always greets with a smile and is very patient with any questions I have. Ashby who does my facial treatments is very professional, I feel that I’m in good hands! The results are very positive, I see my skin clearing up, keeping me committed! They are also great about keeping us in the loop about new offers.

I had such a great experience at SEV Laser! My nurse Elexsis was absolutely wonderful super professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She took the time to explain everything and was very gentle and thorough.

I also want to give a big thank you to the front desk team, Brenda and Cassie. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The whole process was smooth and organized thanks to them.

The clinic is clean, professional, and the entire team creates such a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend SEV Laser and this amazing team!

As a first time client, and first time ever doing laser hair removal, I was a little nervous (but hopeful) coming in. The front desk receptionist was so friendly and welcoming! Kelly was incredibly informative and walked me through the process before she even started. She answered every question I had, and I truly appreciate her making me feel okay to ask as many questions as I needed. She was also very informative of the aftercare do’s/dont’s. I was really shocked and impressed on how fast the process was! Both the front desk and Kelly’s energy definitely helped ease my nerves. I’m looking forward to seeing how my hair responds and my follow up visits to come!
