The staff here was incredibly professional and friendly, I also really appreciate how efficient they are like I can go in knowing that I will be out in like 15-20 minutes. I also did the Groupon six treatment deal and have not had any issues at all, would definitely recommend!

This place truly stands out because of their amazing staff. Nurse Jasmine was so kind and helpful answering all my questions. Her energy was so positive! The receptionist was upbeat and she made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care! Stars across the board!! Absolutely recommend!!

The best vibe! Super friendly, welcoming team that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Everyone is professional and genuinely cares about your experience. Appointments are smooth, the space is clean, and the staff always nice. Highly recommend!

Not sure about their actual service but their customer service is non existent. They requested forms to be filled out abased of appt however didn’t send the link until 40 minutes prior to cancelling my appt which was booked more than a week in advance. Then met with canned response from guy at front desk who claims forms were sent earlier, not the case.

Update: I did receive outreach from customer service, and while it did take a while to convey the challenges I had with their system, they did eventually resolve the issue for specific case. That said I think they may need to trouble shoot their automated email system. I will plan to give them a second chance and solicit their business and will provide more feedback once I have an actual in person visit.

Update 2: I changed my rating as the actual service once you get in was great. Nice staff and very informative nurse. That said I do hope future clients can avoid the challenges I had as a first time customer.

I was frustrated because I had already tried 3 different laser removal places and had not had any success, especially because I am black and not all the equipment worked for my skin tone and I had had bad experiences with burns.

I received the sessions as a gift from a friend and I was completely shocked with the results of the first session!! Im very happy with the service, the receptionist and nurse were very lovely, because I was so scared of feeling pain, but now I'm excited for my second session!

I highly recommend it, I hope I can pay for more areas soon!
