I have been visiting this SEV Laser for a few months now & even though it is a bit out of the way, the customer service and results keep me coming back. The women at the front desk have always been amazing, Tracee who has been my nurse is super friendly, explained the process thoroughly, answered allll my questions & made sure I was comfortable throughout my laser session. This location has been very responsive whenever I’ve reached out via text & has hours that accommodate my needs. Also affordable and they offer great package deals. Thank you again to Tracee & the rest of. The staff at SEV Laser. Great customer service really makes a difference!

I had such a great experience at the Calabasas location thanks to Arpie. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and made the entire laser hair removal process feel comfortable and easy. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt at ease the whole appointment.

I was so happy with my visit that I specifically requested to continue booking with her moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re going to this location, I highly recommend asking for Arpie! She’s the best!!

Tracy at SEV Laser is AMAZING! I had my Brazilian laser done today and she was professional, gentle, and so knowledgeable. She checked in with me the entire time, and made me feel completely comfortable. Plus, they have cool air blowing during the laser, which makes a world of difference! It honestly didn’t hurt at all. One of the best experiences I’ve had with laser. Highly recommend SEV and asking for Tracy!

Every time I go to SEV, the session is fast, accurate and the nurses are phenomenal at what they do! It’s not painful, they cater to what I need and I always feel uber comfortable. I’ve only been 4 times out of my 8 session package and I already have AMAZING results! Even my husband is impressed ;). Highly highly recommend SEV!!

I had my second session at Sev laser today, I don't know if its too soon to review but I couldn't wait lol. I had Sydney as my tech today and she was super sweet. The front desk is super nice each time, and theyre very patient with you. Very clean location. Parking is limited but not too bad. I always try to arrive 10mins earlier so I can find parking. Tipping apparently isnt necessary as its a medical thing but i do tip because its worth it. They don't pressure about any services or so, loving it so far. Can't wait for my next session :)

Sev laser Calabasas is awesome! The staff is always friendly and professional. This is my first laser and ive had nothing but good experiences here. The treatments are fast. The scheduling is always flexible too. I love the location close by the Calabasas commons. Once im done with my laser I plan on getting another treatment with them. Yes theres a million other places that do laser but if you go here you can see the high end equipment and office and you will feel confident you are working with professional people that arent sketch.
