How do I get my first treatment free?

To book your free first treatment, visit our booking portal . Select your location and the treatment category you’re interested in. Then, select the introductory offer and begin booking. At checkout, apply the coupon code specified in the service description (HELLOSMOOTH, HELLOGLOW, or HELLOTOX) to secure your free appointment.

Who is eligible for a free introductory offer?

Each introductory session is available to clients who haven’t had that treatment at SEV before. For example, if you’ve already had laser hair removal, you’re still eligible for a free laser facial or free lip flip.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, we have payment plans available for all treatment plans and packages that meet the qualifying minimum spend.

Do you offer any specials or promotions?

What’s the difference between the laser hair removal Unlimited Plan and 8-Session Package?

The 8-Session Package includes 8 sessions of laser hair removal, without expiry dates. The Unlimited Plan is a time-based plan: You have 18 months to get as many treatments as you need, followed by yearly touch-ups for life. The 8-Session Package is ideal for those looking for hair reduction with a minimal commitment, while the Unlimited Plan is best for those who want a lifetime of smoothness.

What’s the difference between the Laser Facial Membership and Membership+?

The Laser Facial Membership includes one treatment per month, while the Membership+ includes either two treatments per month or one Laser Facial with add-ons for the neck, chest, and hands.

What’s the difference between the SkinPen Membership and Membership+?

The SkinPen Membership includes one treatment per quarter (i.e., every 3 months), while the Membership+ includes one treatment per month. The Membership is best for promoting optimal skin health and maintaining rapid collagen production. The Membership+ is ideal for those seeking specific results, such as significant improvement to scarring, wrinkles, or firmness and elasticity.

How do the Botox Memberships work?

The Botox memberships include a set number of units per quarter (i.e., every 3 months), and savings on additional units depending on the membership you choose. You can bank up to 120 units at any given time for as long as your membership is active. Banked units are forfeited if the Membership is cancelled or terminated.
