I can’t say enough good things about my laser hair removal technician, Stephanie. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect.

During each session, she was professional, gentle, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The space was clean and welcoming, and the appointments were quick but never rushed. I’ve already seen amazing results — smoother skin and much less hair growth. I highly recommend her to anyone considering laser hair removal!

Book STEPHANIE!!!!!! I have been getting laser done by her for years! I literally feel like I’m hanging with my bestie. My appointment is an intimate area and Stephanie is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. Throughout my appointment she makes sure I am not experiencing any discomfort. That is why I have stayed loyal and follow Stephanie where ever she goes. Quality work and my results from 4 years ago were impressive.

Wonderful place! I’ve been getting my treatments here for a year. The waiting area is lovely. I’m always welcomed warmly. Both the receptionist and ladies that provide the treatments are always patient, knowledgeable, and make me feel comfortable. Amanda is fantastic! I highly recommend this location and team, you’ll be in great hands :)

I’ve been coming to this location for a little over a year now and it’s always a pleasant experience. The front desk staff are always kind, the techs are knowledgeable and fast, and the entire place feels clean without being void of any personality. Most importantly I’ve had great results from my treatments.

SEV laser is always a pleasant and quick visit. & trust me, I would much rather it be quick. Front desk girls are friendly when greeting me as I am checking in. have had a few laser techs to do my service for me and they are always so kind and always made sure I am okay throughout the whole process. Jacky is so sweet and awesome! Very easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place! The only thing I can say about the location is that parking is TOUGH, so give yourself some extra time to find parking.

First time at SEV, nice experience, Khaliyah at the front was very helpful and patient , Emma was quick and efficient, the air used with the laser was great. I’ve had laser 8-10 yrs ago and there was no cooling air. I’d recommend SEV and will be going back. The place is clean and cute!

I’m on my 4th out of 6 session of laser on the lower half of my back. So far I have not had a bad experience with any of the staff. The facility is always clean and wait times and rescheduling have been seamless. I wish they were closer to home and had a location in center city or south Philly but would definitely recommend Sev!

I scheduled with Aaliyah, I'm so happy with my results it has been so great! Things always go smooth the staff is also really nice and SEV is welcoming and clean. Book with Aaliyah she's professional and made me feel comfortable. 10/10
