I’ve attended two completed sessions of laser hair removal so far, both booked with nurse Brittnay. She’s both kind and professional, as well as quick and efficient! The whole process takes maybe 10 minutes total, and that’s including waiting in the lobby. She explains what she is going to do before doing it, and also checks in with me at every step to make sure the process isn’t too painful. In terms of results, I’m quite happy with mine already. To be clear, my goal was hair reduction and slowing down in hair growth, not complete removal, which seems quite possible with this procedure.

I did have a few issues the first time booking, but that was mainly on me for not asking for clarification while booking. When doing research, various sources online said the nurses at the salon would help finish shaving areas I couldn’t reach or experienced fast regrowth in, but when I arrived at my first appointment, I had to rebook because my hair was too long in some areas. Thankfully, the nurse that day was kind about it and suggested I reschedule, and even offered a free reschedule since it was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was inexperienced. I appreciated the professionalism despite the disappointment, and I’m glad I was eventually able to come in for a proper appointment. Since the area I’m having treated is difficult for me to reach when shaving, there are still areas that can’t be fully treated, but nurse Brittnay assured me that she can simply treat the surrounding areas. Thankfully, the second and third appointments went smoothly, hence the positive review.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience, and look forward to my next appointments.

Edit: Went in for my third appointment, the service with scheduling was excellent. I unfortunately ran across a lot of traffic, but the front desk was accommodating and squeezed me in when they had the opportunity to. Luckily, another client canceled an appointment that would’ve taken place after mine and they informed me right away, so despite the delay, I was able to make my appointment anyway. Arian and Sara were amazing!!! Best service ever, such professional staff. Sara the RN should get a raise honestly, so knowledgeable, so thorough. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This is an updated review. My last review was only a 2/5, due to some miscommunication with the receptionist that made me feel like SEV had shady business practices. However, their management team did reach out to me, apologized, and we were able to resolve the issue! This makes me really happy & appreciate the SEV team. Like I said before, SEV does do an amazing job. Hence after buying the Groupon, I bought many other packages.

In the future tho, I will make sure to ask for a physical receipt instead of just having it emailed to me (because I really don’t look at it when emailed, which is on me as well, because sometimes you need to fact check with what’s said to you is correct instead of blindly agreeing).

I’ve been coming to SEV Laser in Dublin for the past year and can’t say enough good things about this place – especially about Rupi! From my very first visit, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, even during the Brazilian portion, which I was honestly nervous about in the beginning. She is efficient, professional, and so kind, always making sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. Her technique is quick but thorough, and she has such a calm, friendly demeanor that makes every appointment a breeze. I truly look forward to my sessions because I know I’m in great hands. I love Rupi 🫶🏽💕 I was super nervous at first but she was very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I’ve been going to her for the past few months and I’ve seen great results and little to no hair growth back. I’ve gone with other nurses and for some reason there would be no change for my hair growth but once I started going with her it was a drastic change and such an amazing decline. She really is my go to girl 🤍
