I love this place! Inside is just gorgeous. My lady, JaKarla was sooo amazing and so professional! She is such a sweet soul, I felt so comfortable with her. The ladies Lewie and Ashante were just amazing! Everyone here has the best personalities! I will absolutely return! Thank you Queens♥️

I’m on my 6th laser treatment here so I’ve got a pretty good sense of how they roll - and it’s always smooth, quick, and easy! Anna T. is friendly and has great attention to detail - I feel very confident in her work and protection of my skin. Lewie up front was awesome today & gave a killer sales pitch for the current promotion SEV is running — even though I didn’t buy it just now I appreciated her feedback, sales approach (affirming but not pushy), and friendly attitude! I love SEV!

I started laser at another medspa and had to pause once I got pregnant. Now that I’m done having kids, I decided to start laser again. I had completely forgotten what the sensation felt like - I know the common analogy is that it’s like rubber bands snapping against your skin but I was a bit anxious about it being painful.

I decided to go with SEV Laser because the prices and packages were much more reasonable. The best part is the price transparency online - I didn’t have to call to get pricing, you know exactly how much each area and size costs, as well as the combined package pricing. The location is also ideal for me.

Nicole was fantastic at my first appointment. She tested the area first, checked in to make sure the level was tolerable, and provided clear aftercare instructions. I’ve had only positive experiences so far. The check-in receptionist (with the beautiful colored hair!) is fantastic as well.

The process is fast, and I’m always in and out. I’m already considering additional packages based on how great my experience has been.

I have been coming here to the Buckhead location for about 8 months for laser hair removal. The front desk ladies are really sweet and kind, you can tell they really enjoy their jobs. (Joanna and Lewie 💕)

My experience with laser hair removal here at SEV is that it’s safe and effective for dark skin. I have never been burned or had any adverse effects and the technicians/nurses are all extremely professional and thorough.

The price is worth it, if you can’t afford it in cash, they always have sales (4-5 times a year) and payment plans are also available. They are merging with ideal image so I’m not sure how things will change but at the time of this review, there haven’t been any drastic differences as far as availability or hours.

I went to SEV for laser hair removal on my neck and quickly realized I hadn’t followed the pre-appointment instructions, which would normally have required rescheduling. Carla stepped in immediately, found a razor, and made sure I was still able to receive treatment that day. I shared how excited I was to start the process, and she genuinely went above and beyond so I wouldn’t have to leave untreated. That level of care does not go unnoticed.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two outstanding receptionists/schedulers. They were responsive, flexible, and communicated with me via text since I was in meetings and unable to take calls, ensuring everything was confirmed seamlessly. The service model, communication, and overall experience were excellent. This is how loyalty is built. I will absolutely be back.

I had the best experience! I’d never gotten laser hair removal before—only waxing. I was in and out of my appointment within 15 min or less! I opted to get a Brazilian treatment as my first free laser session and the “pain” is tolerable! It really wasn’t bad—actually less painful than waxing, to me! I also love the decor, ambiance, and the “By the Grace of God” signage on the wall—such a positive environment. Highly recommend SEV!
