This place is great! They are always very attentive and always make sure you’re 100% comfortable. If there is a wait, then I know it is because they are giving all their customers attention and care! The laser procedure itself is very quick and they always make sure I’m not in too much pain. The prices are unbeatable. Hermalinda has been the best technician so far, Sarah has been great, and Maya was so sweet and got me checked in right away. I love this location!

Came in for my appointment, at the end of my visits i was checking out with new manager Teresa asked how my vist was and and asked how previos visits were, aswe we’re scheduling I wanted to make sure I wasn’t not to early as last time and they literally cancelled my appointment SAME DAY LITERALLY 1HR before my appointment for being 1 DAY EARLY after I had day care set up and payed for . Nothing ever came of it I assumed I was just a forgotten customer but Teresa addresses my issue and totally made amends between me and the Ontario location
I was even denying adding any further treatment due to the situation being ignored
NICE TO HAVE FINALLY HAVE SOMEONE WITH MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND FAIR TO ALL CUSTOMERS WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER ADDING TREATMENT

I had an amazing Botox experience with Shannon! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. During the treatment, she was very gentle and continuously checked in to make sure I was okay. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their experience. I’m so happy with the SEV laser team in Rancho Cucamonga and how everything went. I would absolutely recommend Shannon to anyone considering Botox! Will definitely be returning in a few months!!

Love this place. Everyone is so sweet and professional. I live a little further and sometimes I come in earlier. They were able to fit me in and get my appt done quickly so I can get back up the hill. Meet the regional manager and she was so nice and sweet. Session was less than 3 mins they make you feel so comfy and painless highly recommend

I had my first laser treatment with shastine RN and she was amazing! The process was pain free. Since it was my first time she took the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable. She had a trainee yesenia and they were both very profesional and very kind.
I read a lot of negative reviews on here. My experience was extremely pleasant. The employe in the front desk was very sweet. My appt time was 545, I waited about 5 mins until shastine called me in.
Overall my experience was very pleasant! I’m extremely happy with the service I received :)

This review is specifically for Shastine RN. I have been coming to SEV for years now for my laser. Shastine is by far my favorite. I specifically book my appointments surrounded her availability.

She is kind, patient, sweet… and above all else very professional and thorough in her work/laser skills. She makes sure to adjust my settings as needed to maximize my results, and hits virtually all areas without missing spots.

I can’t wait for her to also begin injecting! I will trust her with filler, botox, etc any day. I go elsewhere for those services but will bring my business to SEV as soon as she begins the injecting.

10/10! I can’t say enough good things about Shastine. *big hugs to you!*

(Shannon and Sarah H. are also excellent at lasering. They are also on my preferred nurse list.)

I always receive the best customer service at Sev in Rancho Cucamonga! All of the nurses that I’ve had have treated me with kindness and care. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. Give them a try! Till love the results!!

Every time I walk into SEV laser, I am greeted with such vibrance. From the atmosphere, to the workers, I could not be more pleased. Each visit leaves me feeling taken care of and important. This most recent visit Audrey at the front desk really went above and beyond. She was able to fit my needs of getting me in earlier and it was highly appreciated. She has a wonderful attitude and is very personable. Could not be happier with all the estheticians and women here at SEV in Rancho. Until next time.
