Honestly I've been pretty suspicious about laser and not really wanting to try it because I couldn't imagine it making that big of a difference. I decided to try it because I get really bad ingrowns in my Brazilian area and literally nothing works(waxing, shaving with oil it all still gives me bad ingrowns). After literally the first session I only got like 20% of the ingrowns that I usually get; that alone was definitely worth it for me.

I was also pretty nervous going in and the ladies at the downtown San Diego location (where I go) were so kind and super warm and made the experience feel really comfortable. Also super big shout out to the front desk women they are sooo nice 🥹 im hooked now. Ill be doing all my laser treatments at this SEV!

I had a great experience with Catherine who performed the laser treatment on my face. She was very professional knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained each step clearly, checked in with me throughout the procedure, and made sure I was OK. The treatment was done carefully and efficiently. I am really happy with the results. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and her caring approach. I highly recommend Catherine.

I love my visits at SEV! The Nurses are always so friendly and sweet. I really appreciate the hospitality given by the receptionist downtown! She’s always so personable and friendly, shes very knowledgeable about the pricing and package options! Really runs the show there! I think she said her names Katie/Kate. 10/10

Nurse Ari made me feel so comfortable- it was only my 2nd time doing laser, and I was so relieved that it didn’t hurt as bad as I had anticipated! Ari reminded me that if it was too painful she could always adjust it and I really appreciate that she checked it when I was silent:) thank you for such a great experience!!

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with laser hair removal treatment. Shakira is so kind, thorough, and makes you feel completely at ease. The treatment was quick, comfortable, and she walked me through everything beforehand. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares about her client’s results. I will definitely be back for more treatments!

I had an amazing experience here at SEV, amazing nurses front desk is always welcoming and so sweet . Always helping if u have any questions . Very good at there jobs I feel comfortable coming here nd doing my treatment. My nurse Leandra was amazing .

Today was my second time at SEV! specifically, the one in Downtown, San Diego. I loved my nurse (Shakira) she is so personable and can hold down a conversation and make you feel comfortable. The front desk receptionist (Sara) is an absolute doll! So kind-hearted and loves to chat and get to know you. Both didn’t try to rush the process like most workers, love that! Very good team in there this morning!

Went here for laser hair removal. Super quick, easy, mostly painless, and affordable. The staff are super friendly. They have lots of great deals and very good prices but definitely don't feel like a cheap place! I'll update this review about the effectiveness once I start to see the results, but the procedure experience itself was great!
