Below you will find policies for each state, guidelines for pre- and post-care, as well as other important information regarding your upcoming appointment at SEV. Please consult this page thoroughly to ensure you have a safe experience and excellent results.

You cannot undergo any type of treatment in any of our offices so long as you are pregnant (or think you may be), nursing, undergoing fertility treatments, or preparing to undergo fertility treatments.
Please notify us if you have any medical conditions or history such as heart disease, thyroid disorder, diabetes, cancer, skin disease, or anything else that we may need to be aware of.
If you are under the age of 18, you must arrive at your appointment with a parent or legal guardian to receive laser hair removal or skin tightening services. Minors are not eligible to receive injections, Morpheus8, Evolve, Forma, and/or Potenza services in any of our offices.
The practice of medicine is not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results of such procedures; therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatments received.
Please be advised of our 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show policy; if your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, 50% of your booked services will be automatically charged to the pre-authorized card provided in your file.
Please note all pre-paid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be transferred to be used for a different service than what was originally intended.

Once you’ve booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link for your pre-treatment forms, appointment details, and your safety instructions! Please make sure to complete these before confirming to avoid the 50% cancellation fee due to any unfollowed instructions.

One of our nurse practitioners will contact you via text message to coordinate a convenient time for your virtual consultation prior to your appointment! We will set this up one day prior to your appointment at the latest. During the consultation, we will make sure that you’re a good candidate for your treatment so you’re safe & ready before you even make your way over to us!

Please do your best to arrive a little earlier than your scheduled appointment. We are often fully booked, and finding parking can be hectic. Be sure to give yourself enough time to arrive in the office by your appointment time to avoid missing your booking and/or accruing any fees!

Please shave 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
