GENERAL TERMS
The Rose Room Reservation & Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Petrosian Esthetics Enterprises,
LLC, dba, SEV Laser (“SEV”). Information on how to enter and details about the prizes form part of
these official rules (“Official Rules”). By submitting an Entry (as defined below), every submitting
individual (each, a “Applicant”): (i) agrees unconditionally to the Official Rules; (ii) warrants that the
Entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules; and (iii) agrees unconditionally with
SEV’s decisions, which are final and binding, in all matters related to the Giveaway.
1. ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of New York City, New York or Los Angeles, California
who are:
a) at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in Applicant’s jurisdiction, whichever is greater; and
b) not employees, contractors, or household members of SEV or its affiliates.
Void where prohibited. Proof of eligibility may be required.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
Entry Period: March 9, 2026 (12:00 AM ET) – March 15, 2026 (11:59 PM ET)
Selection Date: Hosts will be selected and notified during the week of March 16, 2026.
3. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION
The Giveaway invites anyone who loves The Bachelorette and Botox (subject to the terms and conditions
herein) to enter for the chance to secure a “reservation” with The Rose Room (the “Reservation”), a one-
night-only in-home experience bringing complimentary Botox treatments for selected hosts and guests of
The Bachelorette premiere watch parties (the “Rose Room Event”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, each Applicant may request a Reservation by (i) to the extent not already
completed, downloading and creating an account to access the SEV Laser App, a mobile application
owned and operated by SEV (the “SEV App”) and (ii) completing and submitting the applicable form on
the SEV App, which completed form must include the Applicant’s name, email, and home address (where
the Rose Room Event will occur), and the number of guests who will attend the Rose Room Event (each,
an “Entry”).
Method of Entry: Applicants shall submit their Entries via the SEV App. Applicants shall be subject to
the terms of use applicable to the SEV App.
Conditions of Entry:
a) A maximum of one (1) Entry per Applicant is allowed during the Entry Period. Attempts by the same
individual to exceed this limit by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or other means
may result in disqualification.
b) Entries that exceed the stated limit, are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged,
false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be
disqualified from the Giveaway in SEV’s sole and absolute discretion.
c) Individuals who do not follow all instructions, fail to provide the required information, waivers, and
releases in their Entry, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified in
SEV’s sole and absolute discretion.
d) Entries submitted by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including age and
residence) are void.
e) In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online Applicant, the Entry will be deemed submitted
by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the Entry, provided that person
meets all eligibility requirements.
f) An Applicant must submit its Entry before the end of the Entry Period.
5. REQUIRED CONDUCT
While SEV acknowledges that each Applicant’s audience is unique and that marketing strategies must be
tailored accordingly, the Applicant agrees, at all times, to promote SEV in a positive and professional
manner.
The Applicant shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations including the Federal Trade
Commission’s (“FTC”) Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials
(http://www.ftc.gov/os/2009/10/091005revisedendorsementguides.pdf).
The Applicant shall not:
a) make deceptive or misleading claims about SEV’s products and services or SEV’s competitors’
products or services;
b) make any claims about SEV’s products or services or SEV’s competitors that are not supported by
verifiable evidence;
c) disclose any of SEV’s confidential information;
d) make defamatory, derogatory, or disparaging comments about SEV, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
directors, or employees or its brand, products or services;
e) engage in any communication that is defamatory or infringes upon the copyright, trademark, privacy,
publicity, or other intellectual property rights of others;
f) offer for sale or solicit products on behalf of SEV;
g) make offensive comments that have the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating or hostile
environment;
h) publish content that promotes bigotry, racism, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion,
nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
i) use ethnic slurs, personal insults, obscenity, or other offensive language;
j) make any comments or publish any content that in any way promotes unsafe activities that could lead
to an unsafe situation involving SEV’s consumers or other individuals;
k) create fake followers or fake engagement on social media platforms; or
l) include any person, or personally identifiable information about anyone, other than the Applicant.
The Applicant shall adhere to the posted policies, guidelines, and terms of use on any platform where the
Applicant publishes an Entry in connection with this Giveaway, including the SEV App, understanding
that any of these platforms’ disclosure requirements about its connection to SEV do not necessarily
satisfy FTC disclosure requirements.
The Applicant shall adhere to all SEV standards of conduct, policies and any additional guidelines
provided by SEV.
Upon notice from SEV to the Applicants, and without limiting any other right of SEV under these
Official Rules, the Applicant shall immediately remove, pause, or otherwise revise any Entry that SEV
deems defamatory, derogatory, or disparaging or otherwise in violation of the terms of these Official
Rules.
6. RESERVATIONS (AND OTHER PRIZES)
Applicants who are selected by SEV as hosts in accordance with Section 7 (each selected Applicant,
a “Host”) will be granted a confirmed Reservation and opportunity to host the Rose Room Event at their
home for themselves and a maximum of 4 guests (collectively with the Host, “Attendees”). Scheduling
of the Rose Room Event is subject to SEV’s availability and local laws and regulations.
At the Rose Room Event, Attendees will be eligible for a complimentary, on-site Botox treatment by
SEV’s nurse injectors (one injector per Rose Room Event) during the Rose Room Event. SEV will supply
the Botox units and all necessary medical supplies for the treatment(s). SEV may, at its discretion, bring
additional non-medical items such as décor or small gifts to the Rose Room Event, but such items are not
guaranteed and may vary. The Host is solely responsible for arranging and providing The Bachelorette
viewing (including any venue, equipment, subscriptions, or permissions required).
The awards described in this Section 6 are collectively and individually referred to as the “Prizes”.
Disclaimer: The Prizes, including participation in the Botox services at the Rose Room Event, are subject
to the professional judgement of SEV’s medical professionals. SEV retains sole discretion to determine,
limit, or decline the number of Botox units administered to any Attendee, including determining that no
treatment will be provided at the Rose Room Event. As a condition of participation in the Rose Room
Event and receipt of any Prizes, including participating in the Botox services, all Attendees must execute
waiver(s) and release(s), in the form provided by SEV, among other things, (i) granting SEV a license to
the image and likeness of all Attendees captured in any content taken of the Rose Room Event, (ii)
releasing SEV from all liability associated with the Rose Room Event, and (iii) consenting to medical
treatment. Failure to timely execute any required document will result in ineligibility to participate in the
Rose Room Event and forfeiture of any other Prize.
a) The Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted, except that SEV
reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes
unavailable.
b) The Prizes are not yet won. All federal, state/provincial/territorial and local taxes, fees and surcharges
and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and including income, sales, and import taxes) on Prizes are
the sole responsibility of Hosts.
c) All Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and void after expiration date.
7. HOST SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
a) SEV will review all eligible Entries and, in its sole discretion, identify qualified Applicants based on
the content of the Entry and discretionary operational factors, which may include, without limitation,
the proposed Rose Room Event location and timing, staffing availability, suitability of the host
location, and overall operational feasibility.
b) After SEV preliminarily identifies qualified Applicants, SEV will contact qualified Applicants using
the contact information provided in the Entry to arrange a screener video call between SEV and the
qualified Applicant to discuss potential Rose Room Event details. The screener video call will be
recorded by SEV (the “Call Recording”).
c) Final selection of no less than 3 Hosts will be made by SEV on a first-come, first-served basis
among qualified Applicants who timely complete the screener process and satisfy SEV’s
requirements.
d) Selected Hosts will be notified by the Selection Date. Failure to respond to SEV, to complete the
screener, or to meet eligibility or operational requirements may result in disqualification and selection
of an alternate qualified Applicant at SEV’s discretion.
e) The number of Hosts to be selected is limited and remains subject to SEV’s availability, operational
constraints, and these Official Rules.
f) Hosts are subject to verification by SEV or its agents. Hosts and Applicants may be required to
submit an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity/medical releases and waivers, valid government-
issued ID, and any applicable tax forms (e.g., W-9). An Applicant is not deemed a confirmed Host
until verification is complete and official notification has been issued by SEV. Screenshots or other
Failure to comply with these Official Rules or respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an
alternate winner.
8. OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS
By submitting an Entry, Applicant hereby grants to SEV and its affiliates, assigns, licensees a worldwide,
exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), irrevocable and
transferrable right and license to use any Entry and Call Recording in connection with any of SEV’s
commercial, promotional, advertising, or marketing efforts, or other efforts or initiatives related to SEV’s
business in perpetuity through the universe, without any additional consideration or approval from
Applicant in any medium or format now or hereafter known and on any platform, including, but not
limited to: display on SEV’s website, publication in print advertising and marketing materials of the SEV,
social media (i.e., Facebook, Twitter (or “X”), Instagram, YouTube), and online highlighting of Entries,
Call Recordings, Hosts, Reservations, or Rose Room Events. Applicant hereby irrevocably waives any
and all claims Applicant may now or hereafter have in any jurisdiction to so-called “moral rights”
regarding the Entry and Call Recording. By submitting an Entry, Applicant acknowledges and agrees that
the Entry and Call Recording may be collected, stored, and repurposed by SEV for any commercial,
promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes.
Applicant hereby grants to SEV and its affiliates, assigns, licensees a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully
paid, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), irrevocable and transferrable right
and license to use the name, nickname, initials, autograph, endorsement, likeness, photograph, voice,
tattoos, personal story, appearance, professional and personal biographical information, and other
identifying or personal information of Applicant (together, the “Likeness”) contained in any Entry or Call
Recording or in connection with any of SEV’s commercial, promotional, advertising, or marketing
efforts, or other efforts or initiatives related to SEV’s business in perpetuity through the universe, without
any additional consideration or approval from Applicant in any medium or format now or hereafter
known and on any platform, including, but not limited to: display on SEV’s website, publication in print
advertising and marketing materials of SEV, social media (i.e., Facebook, Twitter (or “X”), Instagram,
YouTube), and online highlighting of Entries, Call Recordings, Hosts, Reservations, or Rose Room
Events. Applicant hereby waives and shall waive their right to inspect or approve any use of its Likeness
as provided for in these Official Rules. Applicant hereby waives and shall waive any legal or equitable
right or remedy they may have against SEV with respect to SEV’s use of Applicant’s Likeness and
hereby releases SEV from any related claims, demands or liability.
SEV owns all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and trade dress associated with SEV,
whether registered or unregistered (collectively, the “Marks”) and any goodwill arising out of
Applicant’s use of the Marks will inure exclusively to the benefit of SEV.
9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Each Applicant represents and warrants that its Entry: (a) is the Applicant’s sole and original creation and
will not incorporate or be based on any third-party materials (including associated intellectual property
like third-party music, photographs, artwork, trademarks, logos, slogans, etcetera) that would or do
infringe, dilute, misappropriate or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of a third party; (b) has
not been, and prior to SEV’s publication, will not be, published or otherwise made publicly available, in
whole or in part; (c) is not libelous or otherwise defamatory; (d) does not, and SEV’s use of them will not,
infringe, dilute, misappropriate or otherwise violate any right of any third party, including any copyright,
trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right, or any right of publicity or privacy; (e)
will comply with applicable law, regulations and the requirements in the Official Rules; and (f) presents
truthful statements regarding SEV’s and its products and services which will be based on verifiable facts,
the Applicant’s own opinions, beliefs.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WAIVERS (CLASS ACTION AND EQUITABLE
RELIEF)
BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, APPLICANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD
HARMLESS SEV AND ITS AFFILIATES, CONSULTANTS, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, LEGAL
COUNSEL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL AND
ADVERTISING AGENCIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) AGAINST ANY
LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS (INCLUDING
PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) OR PROPERTY-CAUSED OR RESULTING, IN WHOLE OR IN
PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF
ANY PRIZE, THE ENTRY, THE CALL RECORDING, ROSE ROOM EVENT, OR PARTICIPATION
IN THE GIVEAWAY, ANY GIVEAWAY-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR BY ACCEPTANCE OR USE
OF ANY PRIZE, THE ENTRY, THE CALL RECORDING, ROSE ROOM EVENT, OR
PARTICIPATION, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION,
INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.
Applicant hereby acknowledges that Released Parties are not responsible for:
a) inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive Entry information by SEV on account of
technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination
thereof, or for any other errors or difficulties of any kind–whether human, mechanical, electronic,
computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the
Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection
with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing or selection of Entries, the announcement
of Prizes, or the incorrect uploading of an Entry;
b) other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise;
c) changes or effects caused to entrant’s mobile device, computer system or video equipment as a
result of submitting an Entry, downloading materials from, or use of any website or mobile
application in connection with the Giveaway;
d) cancellations, delays, or interruptions of the Giveaway (including the occurrence of the Rose
Room Event) due to Acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather events, or acts of
terrorism, or other actions beyond SEV’s control;
e) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by printing errors, site users, tampering,
hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; and
f) any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential,
or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property–arising out of access to, or use of
any website associated with this Giveaway or from downloading and/or printing material
downloaded from such sites.
BY PARTICIPATING, APPLICANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
APPLICABLE LAW: (i) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION
ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY, OR ANY PRIZES OR THE ROSE
ROOM EVENT WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF
CLASS ACTION; (ii) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED
TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR
RECOVERABLE; (iii) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY APPLICANT BE PERMITTED
TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND APPLICANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY
WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF
POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE
DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (iv) APPLICANT’S REMEDIES
ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND APPLICANT
IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.
11. DISPUTES
Applicant and SEV each agree to settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the
Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in the
State of New York and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge
or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award are final and binding, with limited
exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Applicant and SEV
agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this
Giveaway shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator commenced and
conducted as per the Commercial Arbitration Rules (the “AAA Rules”) of the American Arbitration
Association (“AAA”) and, where appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer
Related Disputes (“AAA Consumer Rules”), both of which are available at the AAA
website www.adr.org. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in the State of New York.
The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes
will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that
involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for
any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the
agreement to arbitrate does not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction
in the State of New York. SEV agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct
the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing).
12. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
Applicant acknowledges that participation in the Giveaway and rights granted to SEV under these Official
Rules are of a unique character, and that no remedy at law for damages is adequate to compensate for the
Applicant’s breach of these Official Rules. As such, SEV is entitled to seek temporary or injunctive relief
against any such breach, without the necessity of proving actual damages. The award of permanent or
temporary injunctive relief will not limit any other remedies to which SEV may be entitled because of any
such breach.
13. PRIVACY
By participating in the Giveaway, Applicant agrees that Applicant’s personal data, particularly
Applicant’s name, email, and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and
within the context of the Giveaway and as otherwise described in these Official Rules. Such data may also
be used by SEV to verify the entrant’s identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise
verify the entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Giveaway. Applicants have the right to access, review,
rectify, or cancel any personal data held by SEV by submitting a written request to: customerrelations@sevlaser.com

Personal data will be used by SEV and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated in these Official
Rules.
NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST. Any Applicant may elect to
exclude the name and address of Applicant from all lists used by SEV. To elect to have Applicant’s name
excluded from all such lists, Applicant must submit a removal request in writing to: customerrelations@sevlaser.com

This notification system may be used to prohibit mailing of all skill contests or Giveaway by SEV to such
Applicants.
14. COMMUNICATIONS
Text Messaging & Phone Calls: Applicant agrees that SEV and those acting on SEV’s behalf may call
and send Applicant text (SMS) messages at the phone number Applicant provides SEV. These calls and
messages may include operational calls or messages about the Giveaway, as well as marketing calls or
messages. Calls and text messages may be made or sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Standard data and message rates may apply whenever Applicant sends or receives such calls or messages,
as specified by Applicant’s carrier. IF APPLICANT WISHES TO OPT OUT OF MARKETING CALLS
AND TEXT MESSAGES FROM SEV, APPLICANT CAN EMAIL customerrelations@sevlaser.com OR TEXT THE WORD
“STOP” TO THE NUMBER FROM WHICH APPLICANT IS RECEIVING THE MESSAGES. IF
APPLICANT WISHES TO OPT OUT OF ALL CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES FROM SEV,
APPLICANT CAN EMAIL customerrelations@sevlaser.com OR TEXT THE WORD “STOP ALL” TO THE NUMBER
FROM WHICH APPLICANT IS RECEIVING THE MESSAGES, HOWEVER APPLICANT
ACKNOWLEDGES THAT OPTING OUT OF RECEIVING ALL MESSAGES MAY IMPACT
APPLICANT’S ENTRY AND PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. Applicant may continue to
receive calls and text messages for a short period while SEV processes Applicant’s request, including a
message confirming the receipt of Applicant’s opt-out request. Applicant’s agreement to receive
marketing calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Email: SEV may send Applicant emails concerning SEV’s product or services, as well as those products
or services of third parties. Applicant may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe
instructions in the promotional email itself
15. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND GIVEAWAY
If, for any reason, the Giveaway or any Rose Room Event is not capable of running as planned, due to,
without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of
SEV that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this
Giveaway, SEV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with
the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and any Rose Room
Event.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN APPLICANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE THE SEV APP ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND
CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SEV RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Official Rules constitute the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Giveaway and
supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. SEV may
