I had a great experience with my 1st appointment last weekend! Huge shoutout to Janika ( Recep) & Evelyn (RN) ❤️

For starters, I met Janika at the front desk and she’s so sweet and right off the batt know what she’s doing. Not to mention it’s like she read my mind when it comes to questions as she educates straight to the point with kindness. I felt very comfortable with her warmth and her patience. She is a pro at what she does. The way she speaks to all clients with such grace and ability to personalize to cater to each client is a rarity nowadays in customer service!

As for the nurse, Evelyn who did my laser facial and hair removal ; she is such a professional and is super kind too. She was very educated during the process & made me feel super comfortable! I was amazed at her customer service too! You’ll be in such great hands!

Sev, you are beyond lucky to have such great staff who are kind & professional! 10/10 would recommend!

I recently visited and I highly recommend!

Evelyn, my nurse, was fantastic. As it was my second visit and I had a few more in-depth questions, she answered every one clearly, which made me feel a lot more comfortable and informed leaving the clinic. She was very mindful of my comfort, consistently checking in during the procedure and adjusting the laser settings as needed. Her knowledge of the various techniques and how to care for your skin afterward was impressive.

Janika, the receptionist, was also extremely kind and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere right from the start.

If you’re considering laser hair removal, definitely choose the Sunnyvale location. You’ll be in great hands! Thank you, Evelyn, Janica, and the entire team!

I was the very first customer to enter and get treated at this brand new location! I had an amazing experience with the staff there shoutout to Kristin for the warm welcome and explaining everything thoroughly and Evelyn for the laser service she performed on me.
