Yolanda & Jiselle (sorry idk how to spell her name) were amazing. Super friendly. Made the process completely painless. Purchased an 18-month package because I had such a positive experience. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend this place for your laser treatment. Is painless and wonderful. Love coming to the Sugarland location. Yolanda is super nice and very helpful with any questions you have. I also recommend Kamren has your laser specialist she’s so informative and awesome when getting your laser. So happy I have a place to come and get my laser.

The technician, Giselle, is very friendly and does her job well. She made me feel very comfortable for my first laser removal treatment. The manager, Laura is also very friendly--they were both very accommodating when I was running late and let me come in the evening that same day. I will definitely keep coming for my treatments!

SEV sugarland has been the best! I recently started doing laser removal after meeting the Manager Laura at the Senna Market. She was super friendly and provided me with all the information about laser hair removal and she was able to book me a few sessions to begin with. Giselle, the laser tech is phenomenal. She is very friendly and makes the entire session a very relaxing and comforting environment. I would definitely recommend laser hair removal and SEV sugarland to anyone!!

Great experience with laser hair removal at SEV. Im getting a brazilian, underarms, and sideburns done. Laura, the manager, was welcoming and knowledgeable, and Gisele, my technician is amazing! She is very gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable. Clean space, great staff, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about SEV Sugarland! From the moment you walk in, the experience is professional, welcoming, and seamless. The facility is clean, modern, and runs so efficiently.

Laura, the manager, is absolutely phenomenal. She is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every client feels comfortable and cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in how well the location is run and how valued you feel as a client.

Giselle, my technician, is equally amazing. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough, and she takes the time to explain everything while making sure you’re comfortable the entire session. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the experience smooth and stress-free, and the results speak for themselves.

This team is the perfect example of excellent customer service paired with expertise. If you’re considering laser treatments, this location—and especially Laura and Giselle—are truly the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
