We’ve taken my daughter to SEV a few times now since she’s doing their 8-session package. She’s a teen with PCOS and wanted to treat some facial hair that tends to cause razor bumps, and every single appointment she walks out smiling.

The nurses here are incredibly sweet and really knowledgeable about the equipment and what to do after each session. We’ve had Casey a couple of times and she’s amazing she makes us feel comfortable and keeps us laughing which makes the whole appointment more enjoyable.

They’re also great about checking in during the treatment to make sure the laser is at a comfortable level. My daughter is really happy with her results so far and seeing her confidence grow makes me happy too.

In fact, she already asked if she can start another area and I had to be like… hold on now! 😂 Overall, it’s been a great experience for us and we will definitely add more areas.

I highly recommend SEV Laser in Richmond! The staff is friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout every treatment. I’ve had Botox, laser treatments, and facials, and the results have always been excellent. The clinic is clean and welcoming as well. Always a 5 star experience!

I had such an amazing experience with my first Skin Pen Microneedling session! Sarah, Ellen, and Ashley all helped me feel super relaxed and I felt incredibly comfortable in their hands. It felt like I was with friends during my session and felt so welcomed.
