I love SEV Laser ( formerly Ideal Image). The staff are so friendly and helpful, super knowledgeable ( shoutout to the lady at the front desk! You’re amazing! Sorry I can’t remember names. She’s super pretty, blonde with the most gorgeous eyebrows haha).
Katie B is my go to service provider and I couldn’t be in better hands. She’s fast, efficient and super kind! Amazing at her job and it shows! Thank you to all of the team for making each of my visits so pleasant.

I had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The place was very clean and well-organized, which is super important to me when it comes to waxing.

My technician was gentle, professional, and clearly experienced. She explained everything before starting and made the whole process much less painful than I expected. I also loved how quick and efficient the appointment was.

The results were amazing — smooth skin and no irritation at all. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable waxing service!

We’ve taken my daughter to SEV a few times now since she’s doing their 8-session package. She’s a teen with PCOS and wanted to treat some facial hair that tends to cause razor bumps, and every single appointment she walks out smiling.

The nurses here are incredibly sweet and really knowledgeable about the equipment and what to do after each session. We’ve had Casey a couple of times and she’s amazing she makes us feel comfortable and keeps us laughing which makes the whole appointment more enjoyable.

They’re also great about checking in during the treatment to make sure the laser is at a comfortable level. My daughter is really happy with her results so far and seeing her confidence grow makes me happy too.

In fact, she already asked if she can start another area and I had to be like… hold on now! 😂 Overall, it’s been a great experience for us and we will definitely add more areas.

Been going here for laser on my face for a while now, I’m currently on my 4th appointment and the results have been amazing so far! I’ve noticed such a big difference already. I highly recommend SEV Laser in Richmond! The staff is friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout every treatment. I’ve had Botox, laser treatments, and facials, and the results have always been excellent. The clinic is clean and welcoming as well. Always a 5 star experience!
