Come without any makeup on, and with the treatment area clean and shaved.
Stay out of the sun, use sunscreen, and avoid sunless tanners for at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
Stop using resurfacing skin care products or medications like retinoids and exfoliating acids.
Do not come in if you’re experiencing active infection in the treatment area.

Use soothing, non-irritating skincare treatments to nourish your skin and aid with recovery.
Continue to avoid chemical exfoliants, retinoids, and other harsh treatments, especially after RF microneedling.
For 24-72 hours after your treatment, avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise.
Continue to avoid unprotected sun exposure by using sunscreen and wearing UPF-rated clothing.
