The laser emits rapid pulses that penetrate to the lower layers of the dermis, where water, melanin, and hemoglobin absorb the light. Our Laser Facial is a gentle and comfortable experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. During the treatment, your specialist will carefully and methodically treat every section of your skin, based on settings calibrated to your skin type and specific concerns. The laser’s pulses will feel like gentle heat — let your provider know if you feel any discomfort.

Begin your journey by reviewing and signing pre-treatment forms and following our pre-care instructions.

Try to arrive 5 minutes early for check-in, with clean skin. You’ll be able to cleanse your skin before the treatment.
STEP 03
Your specialist will prep your skin for treatment, apply protective eye wear, and mark the treatment area.
STEP 04
Treatment time! Your specialist will methodically treat your skin with quick, gentle pulses of the laser.

Make sure you have been off isotretinoin (Accutane) and immunosuprressants for at least 6 months, and antibiotics or blood-thinners for at least 2 weeks.

Wear sunscreen consistently and limit sun exposure for 2-4 weeks. Sunless tanner must be completely removed.

On the treatment area, avoid intense or exfoliating treatments for 2-4 weeks (depending on treatment), including a 2-week break from laser hair removal.

What Is a Laser Facial?

The Laser Facial is a gentle, skin rejuvenating laser treatment that stimulates the skin with gentle heat to tighten, brighten, and clarify. This non-invasive laser treatment only takes 15 minutes. It’s safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

How Often Should I Get a Laser Facial?

For rapid improvement and skin renewal, get the Laser Facial every 2-4 weeks. If you’re getting laser hair removal in the same treatment area, allow a full 2 weeks between each type of laser treatment by scheduling your Laser Facials for every 4 weeks.

Does the Laser Facial Hurt?

No! If you experience any pain or discomfort during your Laser Facial, please let your specialist know so they can adjust the treatment.

Who Cannot Get a Laser Facial?

The Laser Facial should be avoided if any of the following apply to you: You’re currently pregnant, trying to become pregnant, breastfeeding; are currently experiencing active blemishes, infection, or irritation in the treatment area; have taken oral isotretinoin (Accutane) or any immunosuppressants in the 6 months before treatment; have taken antibiotics in the two before treatment; have had recent sun damage or excessive exposure; have failed to follow any of the other guidelines listed in the treatment forms or in our pre-care instructions. Please let your laser specialist know about your medical history, as some health conditions may compromise the safety of your treatment. We also recommend you avoid the Laser Facial if you’re prone to melasma. If you’re under 18, you will need a parent or guardian’s consent.

Can I Get a Laser Facial During Pregnancy​?

No, you cannot receive treatment if you’re currently pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

How Many Sessions Will I Need for Optimal Results?​

Are Laser Facials Safe?

Yes! The Laser Facial is a safe, gentle treatment that uses FDA-approved technology. It’s carried out by certified laser technicians and registered nurses following stringent safety protocols. We will refuse treatment if we believe that we cannot treat you safely for whatever reason. Please review our Customer Care Policy for more information.

Can I Combine the Laser Facial With Other Treatments?

Yes! You can get cosmetic injections like Botox and dermal fillers or SkinPen microneedling immediately after the Laser Facial. Wait 2-4 weeks before and after your Laser Facial treatments if receiving other facial aesthetic treatments such as radiofrequency, chemical peels, and laser hair removal. You’ll find the complete list of treatments to avoid in your pre-care forms.

Do I Have to Stay Out of the Sun After a Laser Facial?

Smart sun protection habits are key, whether or not you’re getting Laser Facials. That said, for two weeks after your treatment, be especially careful by consistently using a sunscreen with a minimum of 30 SPF and wearing hats if out in the sun for prolonged periods.

Can I Get a Laser Facial If I Have a Beard?

The Laser Facial’s settings are optimized for skin rejuvenation, not hair removal. There is a small risk that clients with facial hair will experience some hair reduction, but not to the same extent as with a dedicated facial laser hair removal treatment.
