Taylor is truly the best provider I have ever seen at any location. I have been a client of SEV Laser (formerly Ideal Image) for the past eight years, and in all that time, I have never had someone be as thorough, attentive, and dedicated as Taylor. She takes the time to carefully go over every area and always makes sure she gets every last hair, checking multiple times to ensure nothing is missed. In the few months I have been seeing her, she has never once missed a spot, and I always leave my appointments feeling completely satisfied and WAY more confident. I am Indian and have so much hair on my face. Taylor I think could pick up on how I feel about it , and so ensures I leave feeling confident and happy.
What sets Taylor apart is not only her attention to detail, but also her self-awareness and genuine understanding of her clients' experiences. She is incredibly in tune with her work and recognizes how important laser treatments are to the people receiving them. She understands that prices have increased over the years and, because of that, consistently goes above and beyond. If there is ever a concern, she is more than willing to address it and go over an area again, though I have honestly never needed to ask because she is so thorough from the start. I can confidently say I will never see anyone else and cannot recommend Taylor highly enough.

If you are thinking about laser hair removal please head to SEV laser & ask for Taylor! She has a gentle touch & is extremely professional. I’m always greeted with a big smile & comfortable small talk. The Edina location is clean & welcoming. I always thought the treatments would be painful but they are not at all. Treat yourself & book the appointment… you won’t regret it!!

Taylor is wonderful she makes you feel so comfortable and she is so kind. All the staff are extremely helpful. I had a great experience for every treatment I just wish SEV kept the clear & brilliant laser treatment that I was receiving before. I strongly suggest getting all your Botox, fillers and laser treatments here I have had them all and they do it so tastefully and very talented staff. You will be in great hands!

I’ve been going to ideal image for years, but I was excited about the new ownership. Sure, I had to refill out some paperwork, that’s standard with healthcare if you’ve ever changed providers. The staff is mostly the same which is nice. Prices mostly stayed flat, and if they went up, are on par with the industry. Plus, ideal was offering so many promotions that this new pricing is actually refreshing as it’s transparent. The lasers are the same but have a new extension on them that makes them WAY less painful. I also found their check in system to be nice. Booking at ideal could be clunky. Overall, still very happy with my services! SEV seems to be more on board with the direction the industry is moving.

Gotten Botox & face/lip filler here for awhile & always great results. I do wish they would bring back the financing options from before, but everything else is wonderful! Always love the staff

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Even the woman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the services, and the injector did a truly excellent job!
