SEV DIAMONDGLOW AND CLEAR + BRILLIANT TREATMENT GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited. Proof of eligibility may be required.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

• Entry Period: July 1, 2026 (12:00 PM PST) – July 31, 2026 (11:59 PM PST)
• Drawing Dates: July 3, 2026, July 10, 2026, July 17, 2026, July 24, 2026, and July 31, 2026

3. HOW TO ENTER

You may submit an entry into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize, as described in these Official Rules, by activating the QR code displayed in a participating store and consenting to receive promotional and marketing emails from Sponsor and its affiliates at the email address provided in your entry (the “Entry”).

• One (1) Entry per person is allowed (regardless of method or combination of methods of Entry and subject to the Entry method limitations set forth below), during the Entry Period (“Entry Limitation”). Attempts by the same individual to exceed this limit by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or other means may result in disqualification. Entries that exceed the stated limit or are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
• Individuals who do not follow all instructions, fail to provide the required information on the entry form, or comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
• Entries submitted by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including age and residence) are void.

4. PRIZES

• One (1) DiamondGlow Treatment (approximate retail value of $219)
• One (1) Clear + Brilliant Treatment (approximate retail value of $395)

The prizes are not yet won. All federal, state/provincial/territorial and local taxes, fees and surcharges and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and including income, sales, and import taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Winners are randomly selected for either the DiamondGlow Treatment or Clear + Brilliant Treatment and may not choose which prize they receive.

All prizes are subject to applicable treatment terms and conditions.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On each Drawing Date, each participating store will conduct random drawings to select two (2) winners from all eligible Entries received at that store: one (1) winner for the DiamondGlow Treatment and one (1) winner for the Clear + Brilliant Treatment.

Winners of the Sweepstakes prizes will be selected at random from all eligible Entries at each participating store. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Entries received at the applicable participating store as of the applicable Drawing Date.

• Winners will be notified by email, phone, or text.
• All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor or its agents. A winner may be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, valid government-issued ID, and any applicable tax forms (e.g., W-9). An entrant is not deemed a confirmed winner until verification is complete and official notification has been issued by Sponsor. Screenshots or other unofficial proof of winning will not be accepted.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules or respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

6. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

To submit an Entry, you must consent to receive marketing emails from or on behalf of Sponsor, including messages sent using automated, to the email address you provide. You understand that you can withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND WAIVERS (CLASS ACTION AND EQUITABLE RELIEF)

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, CONSULTANTS, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, LEGAL COUNSEL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL AND ADVERTISING AGENCIES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) OR PROPERTY–CAUSED OR RESULTING, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ANY SWEEPSTAKES–RELATED ACTIVITY, OR BY ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF A PRIZE, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.

You hereby acknowledge that Released Parties are not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, or illegible Entries;
• inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive Entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or for any other errors or difficulties of any kind–whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise–relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of prizes, or the incorrect uploading of an Entry;
• other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise;
• changes or effects caused to entrant’s mobile device, computer system or video equipment as a result of submitting an Entry, downloading materials from, or use of any website or mobile application in connection with the Sweepstakes;
• cancellations, delays, or interruptions of the Sweepstakes due to Acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather events, or acts of terrorism;
• any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by printing errors, site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; and
• any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind–including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property–arising out of access to, or use of any website associated with this Sweepstakes or from downloading and/or printing material downloaded from such sites.

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (i) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (ii) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (iii) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (iv) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

8. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a federal or state court located in New York, NY; and (b) the Sweepstakes will be governed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of New York and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof.

9. PRIVACY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that your personal data, particularly your name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules. Such data may also be used by Sponsor to verify the entrant’s identity, postal address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify, or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by submitting a written request to Sponsor at the address above. Personal data will be used by Sponsor and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated in these Official Rules.

10. WINNER’S LIST

To request a winner’s list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 60 days of the final Drawing Date to Sponsor at the address above.

11. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND SWEEPSTAKES

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
