Our procedures across different SEV locations are subject to change based on local guidelines.

Updated COVID-19 Guidelines for Clients

At SEV, our priority is to keep our clients and staff safe at all times. We ask our clients to be mindful of the following.

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any respiratory symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.
  • If possible, please arrive at your appointment by yourself, to limit the number of people in our lobby.
  • While masks are no longer mandatory, we support clients and staff who wish to continue wearing them.

As a med spa delivering premium service, hygiene is always top-of-mind at SEV. We will continue to practice elevated hygiene standards, including:

Appointment Guidelines for Clients

When it comes time for your next SEV appointment…some things to know!

  1. We will require you to wear a face mask or a cover to go over the nasal and mouth areas. Unfortunately, if you do not have this upon arrival, we will have to cancel your appointment. Please plan accordingly as the cancellation fees will apply should you be turned away due to unfollowed instructions.
  1. We will require that you have your temperature taken by one of our team members before your treatment. Should you have a fever over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, a cough, or any respiratory symptoms, we will have to turn you away and ask that you seek medical attention immediately.
  1. SEV will no longer allow anyone to enter their premises without a pre-scheduled appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, guests or children. However, we will allow ADA animals with valid identification (we will not allow emotional service animals).
  1. SEV provides electronic forms only and will require all forms to be filled out electronically before your appointment in order to limit use on the general iPads in the lobby.
