NOW TAKING APPOINTMENTS! All clients being rescheduled due to our closure will get top priority in scheduling appointments effective Monday, June 1st, 2020. We have implemented new protocols and policies in order to maintain safety and to stay in compliance. Please make sure to read the flyer below in order to avoid cancelations and fees.

TREATMENT INFORMATION: We understand that some may be worried about skewed results and or experiencing hair growth during this unusual “laser break”. We want to inform all of you that while creating lengthy gaps between sessions is not our typical recommendation, it will not cause any permanent damage to all your previously completed sessions. It is not a complete loss to your efforts in our treatment process. Though it is normal and likely for you to experience more hair growth during a longer period of time between sessions, previous sessions have already done their job and weakened as many hair follicles as possible. A large majority of clientele pause their sessions during the summer due to extended sun exposure and tanning and resume again in the fall or winter months. They will typically (depending on how many sessions have already been had) experience more hair growth than usual however, as soon as you resume you will be right back on track (usually within only a few sessions). In addition, hormones which live in each person play a major role in the process of hair growth, therefore everyone’s results and treatment plan will be unique. All nurses will communicate with you when we are operational again to assure you’re receiving exactly what your personal treatment needs.

PRE-PAID PACKAGES: With respect to the current situation, any packages set to expire within this period of closure will be extended to allow you reasonable time to complete or redeem them. Any pre-paid packages that require redemption within a certain time frame will be honored the same as well.

STAY AT HOME ORDER & RESCHEDULING: Due to the “stay-at-home” order issued by the federal government our offices will remain closed until further notice as previously announced. This means that we no longer have a set date to open our office doors due to the uncertainty of how long this mandate will last. Although, now the date has been temporarily anticipated to be until June 15th, (reopening by 6/15) it has been fully disclosed that it may be extended to June. Our SEV Laser team continues to carefully monitor the news for any updates on the mandates. Once we are certain on when we can reopen our offices, we will be sending out a text and email to all our clients with that date so we can then resume the rescheduling of appointments. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for us all. The closure is for the safety of our clients, staff and the whole of the communities we are a part of, we urge all our clients to stay home during this pandemic to minimize your exposure and the risks of spreading COVID-19 also known as the “coronavirus”. We understand this may cause frustration and worry in regards to scheduling.
