I had a great experience getting my first laser treatment here! Aminata was amazing—very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything so well, which really helped since it was my first visit. The whole process was smooth and easy. Also, the front desk staff was very sweet and welcoming (I wish I remembered her name!). Overall, such a positive experience and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Today’s treatment was done by Tracee, and she was great! Very professional, she took her time to walk me through my progress and treatment plan. She was very knowledgeable, and I felt both comfortable and confident in her approach. If you’re looking for a clean and affordable laser hair removal solution, Try SEV out and ask for Tracee if you can!

I LOVE coming to SEV! they’re really friendly, easy to talk to, and do a great job. every time I go in for treatment, it’s like going to see your bestie. Jhenny is super talented…mixing speed with precision. I swear by her and her attention to detail is unmatched. Laylah has always been warm and accommodating…because sometimes life happens and you run a little late.

it’s honestly not worth going anywhere else. they don’t upsell ridiculously overpriced packages, use high pressure sales tactics, or treat you like a transaction. I can’t believe that more people aren’t aware of SEV, but if you visit, definitely ask for Jhenny!

I had a great experience with Jenny! I've been coming to Sev since 2021, I started in Walnut Creek, CA and now in Chevy Chase. The nurses here are amazing and take the time to educate you on the process. I've had so much success with Brandy and Jhenny as my nurses. This is the only place I recommend to folks when they ask. The front desk staff is always so friendly and accommodating, particularly Laylah. I love this place and will continue to utilize their services!

I had my Brazilian laser treatment with Didi and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we started, she made me feel completely comfortable, safe, and confident. She’s incredibly attentive, gentle, and professional, and she knows exactly how to make what could be an awkward moment feel totally natural and stress-free.

Didi has such a warm and caring energy, she’s truly a sweetheart. She explains everything clearly, checks in constantly, and makes sure you feel taken care of the entire time. I left feeling not only happy with the service but also empowered and confident in myself.

I love coming to SEV. My process is always super quick. This is my first time getting a laser hair and they made me feel very comfortable. I absolutely love my results so far and it is the best thing I could’ve ever done for myself. Didi was my technician and she was great! She’s always super warm, nice, and a great member of this location.
