I had such a great experience at Sev Laser Clinic in Chandler! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and taken care of. Fallon and Claire at the front desk are incredibly kind, professional, and attentive—they truly set the tone with their warm, positive energy and are always ready to help with any questions.

The technicians, Dominique and Mary, are equally amazing. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my treatment. You can tell they really know what they’re doing, and they take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

I’m so pleased with my laser treatment—my face is absolutely glowing! The whole experience was seamless, and everyone, from the front desk to the techs, had answers to all my questions and made the process feel easy and stress-free.

Such good vibes from start to finish—I highly recommend!

I almost never write reviews, but I had the most wonderful experience at SEV, and I had to share so that everyone could know what they are missing! Claire was incredibly welcoming and greeted me with the biggest smile. She was extremely personable and took her time to explaining the benefits of laser and also the pros of each membership and package. My technician was Julia and she was informative and so kind. She continuously checked in with me during my appointment to make sure I was comfortable. The session went by so fast with very minimal discomfort! She gave explicit and clear aftercare instructions and anything else I should expect post treatment. This was my very first laser appointment and the staff made my experience nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend SEV laser to anyone looking to move away from waxing and shaving. I only wish I started laser sooner!

My technician was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and friendly. I was in and out quickly. I’m pretty sure the laser they use is the same one that’s been effective for me in the past, so I feel positive I’ll have great results. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Edit - wanted to update: I’ve finished my treatments and have had great results. When I’m ready to do other areas, SEV will be the place to call.
