The Clear + Brilliant device emits fractionated (i.e., split) beams of laser energy to create thousands of microthermal treatment zones within the skin. These columns target and heat water deep within the skin in a highly controlled manner. 

Because of the microscopic treatment zones, the laser physically heats only 2% to 5% of the skin’s surface area per session. Despite this, it successfully rejuvenates the entire face through a natural chain reaction.
