Some Policies
You may NOT have any type of laser or injection treatment if you are (or think you may be) pregnant or nursing. Please notify us if you have any medical conditions or history such as: Heart Disease, Thyroid, Diabetes, Cancer, Skin Disease, or anything else that we may need to be aware of. If you are under the age of 18, you must arrive to your appointment with a parent or legal guardian. The practice of medicine is not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results of such procedures; therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatments received. Please be advised of our 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show policy; if your appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours prior to your appointment, 50% of your booked services will be auto-charged to the pre-authorized card provided in your file. Please note all pre-paid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used in the office which they were purchased. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be transferred between laser and injectable treatments.

One of our nurse practitioners will be contacting you via text message to coordinate a convenient time for both of you to chat and have your virtual consultation prior to your appointment! We will set this up, at the latest, the day prior to your appointment to make sure you’re safe & ready before you even make your way over to us!

Once you’ve booked your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link for your pre-treatment forms, appointment details, and your safety instructions! Please make sure to complete these before confirming in order to avoid the 50% cancellation fee due to any instructions that may be unfollowed.

-Avoid Alcohol & Blood Thinners 2 days before/after your appt
-You cannot be using antibiotics, muscle relaxants, sleep medications at least 2 weeks prior to your appt
-No laser or facials at least 2 weeks prior to your appt
-You cannot be pregnant or nursing
-If doing BOTOX, in addition to the above, do not lie down/bend forward or backward for 4 hours after treatment
*If you’d like numbing cream, please make sure to arrive 30 minutes early! Please keep in mind the filler products contain lidocaine in them as well.
