My whole family have been visiting Sev Laser in Alpharetta for a while now and highly recommend them. The location is incredibly convenient, right near North Point Mall, and the facility is always super clean. The entire team is professional, prompt, and respectful of your time.

I especially want to highlight Megan—she is exceptionally skilled. She really takes the time to understand your specific needs, asks the right questions, and tailors the treatment accordingly. Also, their pricing is straightforward and transparent with no hidden fees. A fantastic experience overall!

Megan is the sweetest! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I entered the room. She’s very knowledgeable and explained every step of what she was doing throughout the entire appointment, which I really appreciated. She made the whole experience easy and stress free. I was a rollover client to SEV Laser after previously being with Ideal Image, and the transition truly could not have come at a better time. Since becoming a client at the Alpharetta location, my experience has been amazing from start to finish.

The aesthetic is top-tier! The space always feels incredibly clean, modern, and luxurious. The staff is so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I come in.

I see Megan for my treatments, and she is absolutely amazing. She is super personable and always makes me feel comfortable, even in the most vulnerable situations. I truly feel like my comfort level is a huge priority during every appointment. On top of that, I’ve experienced amazing results and couldn’t be happier with my experience overall.

Went for the first time today. Amazing experience. Grecian was incredibly sweet and explained everything to me. As someone with a darker skin tone, I was concerned about burning BUT she assured me that the laser was designed for my skin tone and that my skin would be fine. It was and I will return! Plus my first visit was free! Great prices, convenient located, clean environment, professional staff.

My first experience with the Sev laser was amazing! Grecia did a great job explaining everything and being so accommodating during my laser hair removal, and I'll definitely be going back. The front ladies answered all my questions and offered the best customer service as well.

Grecia was AMAZING!!! Laser hair removal can be pretty scary, but I had the funnest appointment with her! She is so energetic and fun to talk to. Also HIGHLY recommend the machines here. So nice and only a tiniest bit of pain. I am so happy with SEV!

Mya did amazing. It was my first time doing it and she was phenomenal. Explained everything I needed to know and more. Definitely will be going back to see her for all my sessions.
