I love going to Sev! This is my first laser experience, and everything has been great—much less painful than I expected. Yoselin is wonderful and really makes her clients feel comfortable. Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but that’s just Old Town Alexandria—you’ve got to know how to parallel park to survive. Other than that, appointments are quick, I barely have to wait, and the service is fast.

really liking this company so far and plan to come back for a new hair area once my current treatment is done. the technicians are knowledgeable, the front desk is always super nice, and the whole office runs very timely; i’m always in and out when i expect to be.
laser can be really scary for new timers but SEV is really good at making you feel comfortable and safe.

I had a great experience at SEV Laser! My technician, Yoseline, was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything thoroughly and was very attentive to my sensitive skin, making sure to gradually increase the setting and take frequent breaks. After the session, she carefully removed the pen markings and took the extra step to apply aloe vera and hydrocortisone, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere is always so calm and relaxing, and it smells amazing every time I walk in, it really adds to the overall experience. The space was clean, the service was efficient, and I left feeling confident about my results. Highly recommend SEV Laser, and definitely ask for Yoseline if you can!

My first laser hair removal experience went very well. They check the detail of your health, medical or condition of you in order to proceed the treatment. The receptionist was very nice, welcoming with kind smile and greeting.
During the treatment, she checked on me if my skin feels ok every time she moved on to next area. Explained very well and quick.

I’m glad Ive picked SEV for my first laser hair removal.
