I love this location, best laser spot I’ve been to so far. The atmosphere is pleasant and the workers are so sweet. Brenda at the front desk always greets with a smile and is very patient with any questions I have. Ashby who does my facial treatments is very professional, I feel that I’m in good hands! The results are very positive, I see my skin clearing up, keeping me committed! They are also great about keeping us in the loop about new offers.

I had such a great experience at SEV Laser! My nurse Elexsis was absolutely wonderful super professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She took the time to explain everything and was very gentle and thorough.

I also want to give a big thank you to the front desk team, Brenda and Cassie. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. The whole process was smooth and organized thanks to them.

The clinic is clean, professional, and the entire team creates such a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend SEV Laser and this amazing team!

As a first time client, and first time ever doing laser hair removal, I was a little nervous (but hopeful) coming in. The front desk receptionist was so friendly and welcoming! Kelly was incredibly informative and walked me through the process before she even started. She answered every question I had, and I truly appreciate her making me feel okay to ask as many questions as I needed. She was also very informative of the aftercare do’s/dont’s. I was really shocked and impressed on how fast the process was! Both the front desk and Kelly’s energy definitely helped ease my nerves. I’m looking forward to seeing how my hair responds and my follow up visits to come!

I’ve had such a great experience here for laser hair removal, Botox, and laser facials. The customer service is always top-tier — I’m consistently greeted by Brenda and Cassie, and they’re both welcoming, professional, and make the entire experience feel comfortable from the moment I walk in.
The laser hair removal truly works wonders. I noticed a huge difference early on, and the results have been consistent. Had I known how affordable the hair removal was, I would have done it so much sooner. On top of that, all of their services are very reasonably priced for the quality of care you receive.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for effective treatments and excellent customer service.

This is my third time receiving laser hair removal treatments at the Glendale sev location. All of the staff is amazing. Very polite and professional. They answer all your questions and make you feel completely comfortable. And you cant beat the prices. Highly recommend.

It's been a few months since I've been there and I must say I was very taken aback and disappointed to see they had changed the look of the waiting room. It used to be lovely and white and delicate looking. Now it is brown and chunky and empty with no real aesthetic. Weird and too bad for them. As far as the service today, Ashby was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and I was very happy with my treatment.
